What is your Refund Policy?
We are a non-profit organisation where 100% of the profits from the sales are used to run research and conservation projects in Fiji. Our apparel items are designed in-house and printed locally in small quantities.
Adoptions
Adoptions are made to order, personalised and sent as digital files through WeTransfer. We do not offer refunds on adoptions of our sharks or on e-gift cards.
Apparel
Shipping to and from Fiji is quite costly and is included free in every order. Therefore we cannot accept returns for refund on apparel items shipped internationally. If you decide you want to exchange your unworn, new apparel item for a different apparel item you are responsible for shipping both ways. Please contact us to arrange your exchange.
Please contact us if your apparel item is defective or damaged in transit. We will gladly arrange a replacement for you.
