Shipping Apparel
Your item will ship within 1-3 business days following the placement of your Apparel order.
We use Post Fiji which is our local carrier. Once your item is shipped we will send you shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Please be advised that depending on where you are located in the world your package may take 1-3 weeks to reach you.
What is your Refund Policy?
We are a non-profit organisation where 100% of the profits from the sales are used to run research and conservation projects in Fiji.
Adoptions
Adoptions are made to order, personalised and sent as digital files through WeTransfer. We do not offer refunds on adoptions of our sharks.
Apparel
Shipping to and from Fiji is costly and included free in every order. Therefore we cannot accept returns for refund on apparel items shipped internationally. If you decide you want to exchange your unworn, new apparel item for a different apparel item you are responsible for shipping both ways. Please contact us to arrange your exchange. Please contact us if your apparel item is defective or damaged in transit. We will gladly arrange a replacement for you.
When will I receive my Adoption Package?
Adoption packages are generated within 1-3 business days following the placement of your order. Please check your spam/junk folder for a WeTransfer email from MyFijiShark.com
Can I personalise an adoption?
Of course! Please include any personalisations when you place your order. Including the name of the gift recipient, email address you wish the adoption to be sent to and any special message.
My WeTransfer download link has expired can you resend my files?
The WeTransfer link for your adoption files is valid for 4 weeks. If you accidentally deleted your link or forgot to download your Adoption Package in time, please contact us and we will happily send you a new link.
Is the adoption exclusive or can other people adopt the same shark?
We only have a finite amount of sharks to offer for adoption so the same shark can be adopted by multiple people so we can continue the flow of funds into the Shark Lab.
